Pixum Photo World: Poster ... 4+

First off I have used Pixum on my PC for years to make photo books so was really happy to see there was finally an IOS app. I tried many times to use this app without success, it kept crashing so I finally wrote to support and as normally happens they wrote back asking for details I had already given in my message to them but lo and behold I tried the app again to find it working!!! Why they just can't tell your they looked at it and rebooted it I have no idea.... anyway the app works pretty much the same as on the PC and I find using their photo album create section works fine for what I want. It did take a while to get the payment through using MasterCard but as your project automatically saves it wasn't a problem. So I ordered a large 154 page hard cover book and it arrived within 5 days. Bye bye PC won't be need to use you again...

I am so pleased I can now use this app on my iPad...it is easy to use and I like the fact that you can store and save your book so that you can change the photos and format until you are happy..I have made my book over the last 4 months building up photos of my granddaughters 1st year and adding text....love using this app. I have used pixum before and been happy with the product. I have just ordered 4 books.

Very disappointed I spend hours making 2 photo books with a lot of pictures and just when I was about to finish them the application crashed and I could not anymore open the archives.
I contacted technical support and complained and asked them if I could recover the work, the answer was sorry no there is nothing we can do...
Not a good answer to me, so be warned you might not get what you think you will...
Very unhappy customer...
