Awful
This service doesn’t take into account if you start early but it will take money from you if “leave” early following an early start. It doesn’t help when the people that implement it in your workplace are no help at all. I would not recommend this . It is doing a disservice to honest employees . If your work place intends to implement this take a stand and inform your union.
Much prefer Sling
Having to try this as the upper management is keen to use it. The staff are not. So far causing me a lot of unnecessary stress. The messaging system is awful, not very user friendly; we will have to look for an alternative in order to not revert to using WhatsApp, which feels like a step backwards, and why we originally liked Sling, as it helped to keep work and private lives separate. The schedule is not very easy on the eyes either as all the shifts are the same colour regardless, and it isn’t easy to assign shifts without having to make sure each member of staff has the role attributed to them- again something that can be done easily on Sling when last minute shift swaps occur, or cover for sickness is taken by someone who may or may not be a supervisor for example. Altogether lengthier process and lots more admin.

It’s great when it works
This was introduced to our company a month ago. It started off very well then all of a sudden it stopped connecting to the company wifi. Some colleagues can connect but others can’t. I done everything advised on the “help” section and got no change. Sometimes the “start shift” or “end shift” button appears but most of the time it does not. I also found it had a lot of lag and were slow to load. Sadly because of this it could possibly cost people their pay and valuable time. My time keeping record was perfect but because of the problems with this app this is no longer the case....thanks for that.
