Good app, easy to use and very enthusiastic and helpful staff
One feature I would like to see -
It’s not possible to open and read the caption of my already posted posts. Sometimes I wish to copy and paste then edit my old captions to use, however that isn’t possible with Plann so I have to open my Instagram in a web browser or in the Instagram app to copy from there. I’m not sure why that doesn’t work with Plann as it’s standard with all the other planning apps I tried, so definitely possible within the Instagram API and conditions. Hopefully it’s something that can be added to a future update.
It’s worth noting it’s quite a lot cheaper to pay using their desktop app rather than via the App Store, saves about 30% a month

Re: Pricing, the App Store charges 30% more than if you subscribe directly via Plann, which could explain this!
Brilliantly thought out, crashes a lot
In theory this is the best planner by miles. Easy to use, excellent scheduling, planning, communicating and editing interface.
But it crashes, and crashes, and crashes again. I keep losing carefully written captions together with the edited images, and with each new upgrade the syncing becomes a problem again.
On the up, their customer service responds quickly. I would love to give it a 5 star, but there is work to be done.

Could you please update the App to the latest version and if the problem persists, shake your device while Plann is open to send us a report? That way we can investigate what's happening here!
Fantastic in theory, would be great if it wasn’t so slow
I have a paid subscription for this app. The features are fantastic and helps me massively with planning my feed. It is however so slow it’s practically unusable. Whenever I upload images I have to have a good three or four minutes of refreshing my feed before my new images appear. I also use the Plann desktop which you have to use via a Facebook business page login which means I have two different versions of Plann running. I can’t copy over my hashtag sets and then I don’t get use of the premium features if I log into the phone app with my Facebook business page which is so clunky and ridiculous - it should be seamless. Gonna give it a couple more months but if no improvement I’ll be looking to change apps.
