Plant ID allows you to identify plants, flowers, leaves, trees and herbs quickly and accurately. All you have to do is point your camera, take a picture and our artificial intelligence will tell you what the plant is in seconds!
Our app will also show you additional useful information about the plants around you. All identified plants include similar images, plant description, other names and scientific classifications.
The machine learning model we use can identify over 10,000+ plant species with an accuracy of 98%. This covers the most commonly requested plants from the United States, Europe, India, and Australia. Even if we can’t identify the plant, you can let us know so our AI neural networks can learn more.

You might have looked at many plants and wanted to know what they were. Now you can identify them using the free Plant ID app. Just use your phone's camera to snap a photo of the plant, it will then immediately tell you what it is. This app can save you time when gardening because now you don't have to rely on local experts and their knowledge of local plants.
Careful of their subscription model
I see a lot of the other reviews on here are very similar, which I’ll let people come to their own conclusions on, but the meat of the matter for me is their subscription model. Bizarrely it costs £4.99 for an annual subscription and yet costs £9.99 for a weekly one. Fairly certain this wasn’t what it said when I signed up but I have no evidence for that, I may have misread. The actual app works very well, hence the three star review but unless the subscription model changes I can’t recommend any higher than that
