Version 10.11.1
Looking forward to the next season of your favourite series? But you don’t remember up to when you have a streaming subscription within your Play contract? You can now quickly check this in Play24 by accessing the service details. Plus, some customers will also be able to buy MAX Television and MAX Premium services in Play24. Learn more from banners in “For you” section. Stay tuned and update your app.
Ratings and Reviews
A Handy Application
This is a nice application that is easy to use to check your balance or to top-up. I guess, that extra information on the available plans can be integrated in it rather than directing to the Play website
Translation.
The App is very useful, however due to the lack of development with regards to additional language settings, it is hard to navigate and understand at times. Most of the content is unable to be translated into English, even by Google Chrome.
This is surprising, in that Play is a major Mobile Phone provider here in Poland, and with the amount of revenue generated, little, if any development is put into both the website and App.
Very disappointing, but not surprised. Not a forward thinking company in this area.
Below Average
Finance can disappear from the account in a mysterious way even when you don’t use the phone for calls. In the meantime, you purchase more credits, which is tricky because you need to have access to internet (imagine if it happens in the middle of nowhere). Then you have to contact customer service and they refill your account, which takes even 24h. This in turn requires you to buy more credit because you need to use your phone and you end up with an accumulation of credits that exceeds your needs.
Promotions are poorly described, confusing and dysfunctional - buy credit to buy internet bonus of fairly low value GB-wise.
Customer service chat is efficient.
Overall, the system and the app that supports is designed to siphon your wallet rather than provide quality service.
