The sign up process was quick and easy, found a charge point close to my house and starting the charge in the app was simple… tried MFG but also saw some Instavolt chargers close by
New version map errors

The map search doesn’t seem to work properly in the new app. If there are a number of chargers in an area you see the number of chargers in a circle. When you zoom in you’d expect to see that resolve into individual locations. It doesn’t, just stays as a randomly positioned circle you can’t do anything with. Haven’t used the card since the update so can’t comment on that yet but APP design seems like a step backwards so doesn’t fill me with confidence
Sure the new app is ready?

User of the previous app with a charge key card that I have used. Updated to new app and had to re-enter all my details again. Then it asks me to activate charge key which I select and enter the card number (that I have used before). It then shows an error. If it’s already active why ask me again? The map is terrible! Shows 16 drilled down as far as possible with no specifics and nothing else within a 50 mile radius though I know they are there.

You can now filter for 800 V charging stations. If your vehicle supports 800 V, the new filter helps you find charging stations where you may be able to charge especially quickly.
