Plus500 Trading Platform 4+

Really bad for day traders. Good for swing traders / long term investor.

This app cost me a lot of money because when the volume traded of a particular stock is very high, the platform will block any trades that you attempt to make (although it is highlighted that this may happen in the terms and conditions that nobody reads). Therefore, if you’re in profit as i was, you are unable to close your position and take your profits quickly. In my particular experience, the app waited until all my profits were eaten away and the volume of the stock had reduced at which point i was in a loss, before it allowed to me to close my trade. Feels like they’re just stealing profits that you should be entitled to as a day trader. But on the bright side, for long term investing this app is good but the user interface of trading 212 would make me recommend that instead.

A very good platform

I came to this company after 6 months trading with 24option who have had to close my account due to Brexit; they are no longer permitted to work with UK residents. Having used the Plus500 demo for a few days, I did find it very good, easy to follow, overnight charges were very low which really helps with Long Trades, but the main reason I decided to use it was the very narrow gap between Buy and Sell. This enables you to take out multiple trades and watch their short term performance without immediately dropping in to negative! I’m no expert in their field but have been able to turn a significant profit (percentage wise) in a very short space of time. My previous platform did supply me with a very experienced Mentor who really did educate me (a complete novice) which meant that when I came to Plus500 I did have a good understanding of the way this all works. If you have NO previous experience, (Plus500 Don’t offer mentors; you need to know what you are doing), then I would suggest you spend at least one month on the Demo system, it’s very good, helps you to learn quickly, and if it goes wrong, you have many chances to try, try, and try again (don’t take out large trades on the Demo, you are not making any real money, so use it to gain experience, not flatter your ego; that can come later when you go to real money).
Overall, I am extremely happy with this platform, it is simple to use and delivers everything I need. Good luck!

Very good platform!

Guys, here from me one genuine review based on my 10years experience with this platform. First of all I don’t understand why some people are giving bed reviews for this platform, i have use it for 10years and never ever have any problem, money in money out any time (it takes aprx. 6 hours for money to reach your bank account once you made withdraw), ofcoure first you need to verify it’s YOU, like every other platform. Once you set up all that then you are good to go.
It is not a fair to leave bad review if you lost money, loosing money has nothing to do with platform, it is you! your responsibility.
I have recommended this platform to friends and family, and will still recommending.
When i said good platform i mean on: good costumer service, money in and out no problem, charger are minimum and fair(not like many others), rollovers are free of charge, accurate market movement, a big selection of stock to trade with, apple app it’s very easy to use, option for demo money with real market movement so you can test it and train.
And remember don’t gave a review based on your winnings or loosing!
