The BEST Sim Provider
I have been using Plusnet for around 4-6 months now and they are the best. They have a lot of add in accessories such as data if you have ran out and it’s cheap as well. Also their connection is always excellent no matter where you are, FIVE BARS!!! Ultimately to top it off once you add on an extra data or something else, they only charge you for that month and not for upcoming months unlike some providers, Vodafone.
I highly recommend switching. They Do Actually ‘Do you proud’
Needs to cover multiple accounts
What this app is absolutely fine for what it does it needs to be able to cover multiple accounts. I have two teenage children whose phone bills I pay and would like to look at their individual usage. I cannot do this at present without logging out of the app and going through a two stage verification login process for the second account.
My other child, my wife and I will use O2 at present and I am easily able to select which account I am looking at on the O2 app. If the PlusNet app could this functionality then it would be an excellent app and I will transfer the other account across to PlusNet.

Hi Andy, thank-you for your feedback. We are pleased to inform that using the latest version of the app you can now view up to five accounts. Once you have added accounts you can switch between them without having to log in or out each time. Please upgrade to or download the latest version of our app.
Poor indoor network
I am very disappointed about my Plusnet indoors network. It has cost me to miss very important calls from my GP and appointments for a c19 test. I have contacted customer service, I appreciate a new sim card was sent but no change. I was asked to collect data which I did but as I was ready to pass it over, the customer service agent told it’s Saturday and the data will not be accepted. He asked me to start again. That was disappointed in this lockdown days. The only way to return calls is to broke my isolation, go out in search of network to return calls. Not good. Can Plusnet please contact me to resolve this issue.
