the app does not announce when work is received, and the menu and settings buttons are not visible on iphone6, please make an update to fix that

Please update this app works fine on iPhone 5s and 5c but not iphone 6 please please update
Very poor
Using on iPad 6+
In short, this app is useless.
1. It logs out regularly
2. It crashes regularly
3. It returns false locations (today, whilst in Greenford, Middx, controller said it showed me in middle of Atlantic Ocean - I wish!)
4. Cannot provide feedback to developer - runtime error on site
5. I have to keep calling controller to advise location
Developer, please sort out bugs.
