Just tried this app, it’s an unusual and possibly unique mix of teaching lessons and buying/selling stocks. The app splits into two. The ‘Learn’ side has several informative lessons which although teaching a subject are short enough that learning doesn’t become a chore. The reading screen for the lessons shouldn’t present any problems if you’ve used book or newspaper reading apps before. The other half allows you to buy and sell from a range of cryptocurrencies and conventional stocks. There are graphs of stock market performance to help make an investment decision, but the best thing is that there’s no real money involved and if it all goes wrong you can reset your wallet back to it’s initial balance. You should try it as you might learn something new and you can safely practice your new found knowledge!

A great app for beginners that makes learning about investing engaging through small, bite-size lessons. Not only does it allow you to learn about investing but it also enables you to try it out with the skills you’ve learnt by buying and selling stocks. The best part is that it’s risk free as it’s a simulation (not your own money!) to allow you to make mistakes. Highly recommend!

The “Practise” tab allows you to experiment with those lessons in a risk free way as no real finances are involved.
