New web site
It might be because it’s new but I am not finding it so easy to book classes in line. I seem to have to log in with password etc every time?
Not great
The app isn’t all that great to be honest. I know a swimming only membership is available but that option doesn’t seem to be available on the app but is available on their website??? I also have access to a “casual user” membership card, I have no idea what this is for as it doesn’t explain!! It would be great if activities booked on a pay as you go basis on the app are added to the membership card so it has a use and I can just scan on entry to the life centre instead of queuing. All just seems a bit messy
Trying to be Active
Website is hard to use & does not allow you to book pay as you go.
I expect nothing less from the clowns that have set this up very amateur.
I now can’t book a swim or pay monthly for a membership!
This should have all been running parallel with the everyone active website, when I spoke with the staff at the Life Centre they said I have to wait for the site to settle down?????? It’s a website not an angry kid.
Total shambles.
