It works alongside a browser based web application where you can view aggregated data, charts and visualisations to gain insight into how your staff help people. You can also identify issues and view recorded media.
By aggregating the data, organisations can discover the wider consequences of their work, and use this to inform and influence decision makers, funders and those commissioning services.
