Vast app improvements to make
The service is good - I like the variety and there are new shows being aired all the time. It’s the app itself that needs to be sorted.
The big thing they need to fix is remembering playback when you leave and come back to catch up.
I would also like to be able to drill down in to different show playlists easier. I only discovered the drop down by accident.
Customer service is fantastic
I really enjoyed the app and there is tons of poker and all latest stuff to watch, but i found myself not having much time
For the app because of my lifestyle, anyway i forgot about it and the payment of $99 was taken automatically from my card, i went on and cancelled my subscription immediately and e-mailed them. I got a quick response from Lara V, who informed me that payments were non refundable, but she made an exception for me and refunded the card that was charged, really appreciated this as she didn’t have to do this, if i find myself with a lot of spare time on my hands in future i will certainly be subscribing again 😁5️⃣⭐️
Not good enough
The app is bad, it forgets where you left off so always have to start afresh. Searching for content is hard you end up scrolling for ages! I purchased this app specifically to watch the WSOP replays as I’m based in the UK and it’s not shown over here, however you either get a 5hr or a 30 minute highlight reel for each day! Why can’t they do similar to the old channel have a full hour highlight for each day or even a 1.5hr highlight session? 30 mins is too short and 5 hr way too long... if you get these things sorted I will change my subscription and will keep it forever, until then I will cancel my subscription.
