Superb App
Love this app...meet up with friends each Saturday night all over the UK for a game. App is stable and the playability is really second to none. 18 players and never had a problem.
Reason for only 4*s is that I think there could be a small improvement...when players are 'all in' the cards turn over quite fast (especially turn and river cards). It would be great if that was a little slower to allow players to work out which cards they are looking for to complete their hands. Sometimes it can be to fast and it is done before you could work out which cards you needed to beat the other hand. In addition to that a listing of percentage chance of winning for each player when 'all in' would take this to another level and really increase the drama on those big hands.
Love the app, highly recommended.
Top Notch
A few of our pals decided to start up a wee poker night in the club. I wanted to join in too and learn how to play. As a 41 yr old, total beginner to the game who had never even played a single hand of poker until September of last year, I downloaded a good few poker games including this one, just to try and learn a wee bit. This one is the easiest poker game to play by far. It has helped me out immensely amd I've even won a few of our wee poker nights, and against boys that have played for years. It's just really easy. The lay out is perfect and it's so fun to play. I'm really quite into poker now and whenever I have a spare wee half hour I'm right on here playing away. I'd definitely reccommend it.
Best of the bunch
Used this app to play a quarantine game with my mates. Worked very well combined with a video conference. The best thing is that you can extend the time to act to 5 or 10 minutes so it feels less like you are just playing on-line. The worst thing is that the other players revealed cards are very small on a phone. Would be nice if they zoomed in somehow - looks like that’s been improved a little in today’s update - still would be nicer to be even bigger. Thanks.
I also like the clean way to pay - £1 an hour, rather than selling your data.
