Description
The Police Mutual app is available to download to all Police Officers and Staff. Updates on the latest news from Police Mutual, as well as information about our products and services will be provided on the app.
Some areas of the Police Mutual app have been specially developed for our Force Authorised Officers (FAOs) and Authorised Officers (AOs) to assist them in their role as Police Mutual advocates. These areas will require a unique log in, which will be sent to our FAOs and AOs separately. The exclusive area offers our FAOs and AOs access to details of events and education inputs, marketing materials to share with their Force, community updates and Role profile and Best Practice information to assist them in their roles.

Unable to sign-in
Customer service overall from Police Mutual and policy quality is good, however their online systems leave a lot to be desired. It’s really difficult to log-in to their online portal and log-in for the app simply won’t work at all. Too much information needed and not a simple verification method either. Too many references provided means its hard to identify which one the system is asking for. I think I’ll give the app a miss due to it being restricted and just call them when I need assistance.
No point of the app if you cannot log on
The title of this review sums it up.
Why have an app but make it so clunky it doesn’t open up? Have a product that doesn’t work but you promote it as though it does hardly instils confidence in other areas of your business.
My suggestion would be withdraw it until it works as until then all you do is simply promote disappointment and a lack of I.T. acumen.

As mentioned by other reviews, you can not view any of your policies and it constantly redirects you to their website, so I do agree…. What is the point of the app other than contact info and product info?
