App doesn’t load
What a shame ! Think this could be good if the app actually worked and opens when activated. Bluetooth connectivity is fine but restricted what you can do with the equipment. Refund required unfortunately
Faulty App & Poor sales Description
The app does not load - waste of time. Require a refund andcreturn of the product.
Product description is limited - did not make clear about additional charger essentials. I feel I have wasted my time ordering, now return and refund
Oh dear!
I’m having the same difficulty as the previous reviewer- device connects to blue tooth on my iPhone but the app will not load!! Pretty useless!! Even downloading the manual doesn’t help as it provides the same instructions as the gadget arrives with. Really disappointing!
