If you don’t fancy touching cash or Pay & Display machines, for simple, safe, peace of mind parking, pay via your phone with the PopPay app.

This always crashes and is unusable. Needs fixing

Because of this app i spent 15 minutes in the car park to download and pay . Didn’t work, my phone is up to date and good internet connection outside. Anyway, after fill all the requirements, personal details and location.. following the steps , literally when press pay .. no comand where made , no reaction from the app. Who wants to risk 100 pounds for few pounds . Send them an e-mail and I received an automatic reply saying that , after i have to wait 28 days and in 98% of them cases isn’t them fault. So , the app is not working, they don’t have a support team, they don’t have solutions and definitely they don’t have any blame or mistakes. This app is done in a hurry like you are making an omelette. This app cost me 100£ and I refuse to pay because of this app faults . I just read all the reviews and all of them are bad and critical. Avoid car parks using this app . Works fine with RinGo and never had problems to pay an 1£ car park
