Frustrated

At the moment even though I have subscribed to this magazine for years, I seem to have to contact them to gain access to each new release !!

Doesn’t work

Downloaded the latest upgrade and it gives instructions to restore purchases which when you follow tells you it may take a few minutes. What it should say is it doesn’t work! Contacted their customer services who say try at different times of the day as needs to contact Apple servers. So they have upgraded to an app that cannot reliably contact the servers of one of the worlds biggest IT providers. Rubbish!

Complete fail - almost

The updated app doesn’t restore my previous purchases nor my iTunes subscription so have so far wasted over 20 pounds on a subscription and a back issue

UPDATE: I’ve managed to restore my purchases finally. After trying on 2 iPads and an iPhone it’s finally worked. I deleted and reinstalled the app again today and when I opened the app for the first time and it asked if I wanted to restore purchases I said no. I then went through the instructions at the top of the screen to sign in and restore purchases and it’s now working. Updated score from 1 to 3 stars as I’ve not had chance to use it properly yet.
