Digital postcards - brilliant idea !

I received a Postsnap card from a friend on holiday. I had never seen these before. My friend had included a photo of her family and a couple of views she had taken. I went straight to the Apple App Store. Amazed that so many people (99.9%) had rated it 5*. Downloaded it straight away and within minutes had created a three picture card to send. Very, very easy to create a card, type your own message, change the font style, colour AND size. The App even finds addresses with just a postcode and saves them in your address book for future use. Also cards can be duplicated to send to more than one recipient. I had one query which I asked the Postsnap team. Had a reply straight away with a sweet personal message. The team are obviously dedicated to their job and value their customers. They kept me informed of the progress of the cards - told me when they had been printed and posted.
The card I received from my friend in the first instance was superb quality, very think card, high glossy pictures and clear message type and address.
Amazing little App. I will be using this method of postcard sending on my holiday as buying cards is no trouble in Europe, but finding stamps and a postbox is a hassle. Thanks TEAM POSTSNAP for a wonderful solution.

The perfect answer 💕

I started using this service with postcards when I was sailing abroad. Communicating with those at home especially those not using the internet or smart phones was difficult, especially finding post offices, local rates and reliable services. So this was the ideal answer, so easy to use, convenient and totally efficient. Friends of ours were delighted to be regularly updated.
On returning home, I have continued to use it because again it saves a journey to a less than local post office, and has the added benefit of being able to send recent photos as well. And sending a card with recent photos is so much nicer than an email for special occasions, even when internet based commas are possible.
Convenient, reliable, personal, easy to use and efficient - a wonderful service.

Fantastic app with excellent customer service

My Sister-in-law introduced me to this app last October and I was amazed how easy it is to use and send personalised post cards. My family and friends love getting postcard that actually feature the whole family not just a " ooh what a pretty picture of whatever " I love it as I can send all the nice pictures from holiday and don't have to waste my money on postcards of views that hold little significance and have to spend hours trawling for stamps and post boxes !! I have introduced many friend to this app since and they are all impressed.
The best thing about the app is the amazing customer support I have received every single time I have asked for assistance. In this day and age of huge technological advances it so often falls down with absolutely no customer support and this leaves you eternally downhearted and frustrated......but not with POSTSNAP. This company have the customer at the centre of their business and will always do everything they can to help you with every query. Thank you POSTSNAP for your amazing app and service.
