Amazing!

Short and sweet (but free) and soooooo good :-) Please do some more. The organs would be interesting. Would be great to use in school.

Would only give 3 stars now because although it doesn't tell you in the 'What's new', the latest update has added banner ads along the bottom which, for me at least, has spoilt it. Still very clever but it's taken the shine off it. Luckily, I haven't updated the version I have on my iPad and don't intend to.

Scattering of facts

Good presentation to introduce the scale of structures and organelles in bone, though sometimes a jump of 100x is hard to follow. Could do with better explanations of the links between each thing you see. Introducing "mitosis" in several cells but not attempting to explain this concept, or the different stages of it which you see, is unhelpful.

Best used with the device flat: vertical orientation makes screens scroll by too quickly.
Navigation is quirky and inconsistent, but by the time you've finished exploring every corner (about 20-30 minutes) you'll have got the hang of it.
The background music is the first option you'll turn off.

Fantastic

Shorter than I initially thought, but has got me interested in cell biology again. Biology lessons would have been so much more amazing with this app. It would be nice to see similar apps looking at plant cells and organ and nerve function. Great job guys.
