This iOS app allows you to hone your skills and improve your technique to help you prepare for sitting the QTS exam.
Tests for both English and Maths.
The QTS is split into two sections, literacy and numeracy. The app comes bundled with some sample questions from each section and the full tests are available to purchase within. This means you only pay for what you need! If you are an expert at one section but need help with the other, then only pay for that section!
Track your results.
The app saves your results whenever you complete a test. View your historic results and see them on a chart so you can track your progress over time. See how well you're doing and review your answers to see which areas you need to improve upon to ace the QTS exam!
Compatible with all iOS Devices.
The app is fully compatible with all iOS devices using iOS 6+. The iPhone app is great on the go and the iPad version shows you the same information on a much larger screen. Purchased tests can be transferred to all your iOS devices at no extra charge. The app works offline too, so you can use it anywhere, even if you have no signal!
Support for 25% Extra Time
If you qualify for special examination arrangements meaning you are entitled to extra time to complete your QTS Exam, turn on 25% extra time in the settings screen of the app.

QTS practice tests
If I can pass numeracy, these tests must do the trick. I'm terrible at maths and the mental arithmetic is a nightmare. Do and re-doing the tests gave me great confidence. When I did the real thing yesterday it was no walk in the park, and there were questions that were unfamiliar, but still I managed to pass! You don't want to sit these tests again because it's kind of depressing. Well worth the £20 or so spent.
QTS practice skills test
I attempted these first before doing the practice government tests. I found it really helpful in increasing my speed and confidence for the mental arithmetic part of the test. Then when it came the practice tests, I was passing these with ease. Definitely worth spending the money on these tests. I passed first time.
AMAZING!! WOULDN'T HAVE PASSED WITHOUT IT!!
As someone who's always been far more competent with words than numbers I knew I would definitely need to brush up on that GCSE maths! The online platform learndirect provide is great! But with only one interactive test available my improvement came with remembering the answers of the same test over and over again - rather than challenging myself!!
This app is FANTASTIC!! 5 different tests to choose from! No way would you ever remember those especially if you mix up the test you do each time!
My speed in the metal section improved ten fold as this app simulates the real tests! In the actual test itself those 18 seconds after hearing the question twice seemed to drag!
DEFINITELY download, DEFINITELY buy the extra tests + DEFINITELY have 110% confidence that this app will get you to the required pass standard!!
On the actual day, the questions are way easier! Not so many of those nasty pie chart, decimal, fraction questions! If you can pass with these, be confident you will pass on the day!
