Good fun

This is a great little game, completely addictive. I like that upgrades and wait times are not ridiculous so you don't get bored and loose interest. The only thing I would change is the zoom when you edit/rearrange the park (which I do a lot) it zooms in close and you can't zoom out to see where you're planning to move things too. Also when you demolish something you don't get anything back so it loses money. Other than that brilliant, I'm hooked and I love it :)

Terrible communication from support team

Great game but totally let down by unprofessional support team. I unknowingly 'cheated' by adjusting the time on my iPad to claim more money - when I noticed a message pop up in the game suggesting an error due to the time adjustment, I didn't do it again! Then I noticed my gold awards had stopped working, so I contacted support and received a number of pathetic sulky messages about how I had cheated and the game would be reset if I did it again. I apologised, explained and said I wouldn't do it again, then asked for some assurance that the game would resume normal play... They neither refused or confirmed and just kept saying they don't support cheaters. The game is now spoiled for me as I have no idea if / when they'll decide to reset my park, and it looks like they won't let me earn gold coins. Such a ridiculous response to a customer that has apologised and spent real money with them. Overall, disappointing.

Good game but use caution

I have played this game before. It is very addictive so you have to be careful about, not only time, but your cash if you begin to purchase things to expand and improve the park.
Things I don't like about the game are as follows:
When you want to edit your park, there is nowhere to store anything. Basically, you have to destroy anything you want move unless you have lots of room to use for putting the rides, etc.
You cannot move the paths, they have to be destroyed. That is expensive especially if you have the pretty paths.
The expansions are too expensive, I think.
Still do not know how to, or if I can play with other people playing this game. How can players interact with others?
The rides are too expensive.
Parents, beware of letting the kids know your purchase details - this game is very expensive.
Be careful with spending real money on here as it mounts up extremely fast.

As for support, I have left questions pertaining to the game, and still have not received any reply.

I do not play so much now as I cannot edit my park as I would like to in the little time I have to spend on it
