We provide safe and secure parking in town and city locations. Our bespoke packages cater for your business parking requirements. We use automatic number plate recognition so that you can come and go without the need of a ticket. All our car parks are covered by CCTV and foot patrols and use automatic number plate recognition at the barriers. Why cannot all companies offer the same level of service as PCP

I’ve been using Premium Car Parks as a personal user for several months now, and I honestly can’t fault the service. From day one, everything has been simple, clear, and stress-free—exactly what you want when parking in busy city centres!The ANPR system works perfectly every time, so there’s no faffing with tickets or apps at the barrier—just drive in and out without a hitch. I especially appreciate how easy it was to register my vehicle and set up an account online. The platform is intuitive, and the monthly billing is clear and accurate.What really sets them apart, though, is the customer service. I had a small query about my account and emailed in—got a helpful, friendly response the same day. It’s rare to find a company that makes personal users feel just as valued as their big corporate clients, but Premium Car Parks really do.The site I use is always clean, well-lit, and feels secure. I’ve parked late at night a few times and never felt uncomfortable—there’s good CCTV coverage and a reassuring presence.Highly recommend to anyone who commutes, shops, or visits the city regularly. It’s convenient, safe, and backed by a brilliant team who clearly care about the user experience.

Removed ability to use Face ID or pre-saved passwords

This app is no longer allowing me to enter my password using Face ID or via my passwords app on iPhone. This is a massive inconvenience as my passwords are randomised passwords generated for high security. To enter this manually every time I re-open the app takes all the convenience of the app away.It’s also not showing my latest parking data since my July bill. Please fix these issues and it’ll be a 5 ⭐️ app again.

Since this app was updated, it won’t even let me login. As another reviewer has said, it doesn’t support password managers (in 2025?) meaning you have to type a complex, secure password manually, as you can’t even copy and paste it! I know my password is correct, as I use it to login to the web interface just fine. I’ve added that as a shortcut on phone’s home screen until they fix this buggy app.
