App doesn’t show car park history
After two weeks waiting for my car parking to appear on the history, it still ignores it. There is no evidence of my parking history which is very annoying.
I don’t want to give you all my details, just want to pay
You don’t need all this information to park my car. This app should just offer to scan my credit card and immediately pay. Also, “place of residence” is really “place of parking”. This app was designed and thought by people who have no clue
Can’t pay won’t pay
Added card but now see no way of paying. Have spend hours away from my car trying to make sure that I had paid for the extra time i unexpectedly needed. Having finally been told to use this app I find that I am unable to make payment. Pointless therefore.
