PLT has such a fab collection of items that suit all age groups and body types. I say this from a forty something plus size chick with an eclectic taste in clothes. I’ve purchased all sorts from lounge wear, to dressy clothes, from low key skirts paired with band T’s to chunky boots and even heels and coats. I get compliments on outfits and I always recommend PLT for their broad range of styles and sizes and also value for money. Especially in these ever increasing times of financial pressures I feel a sense of relief that I can treat myself and even spread the cost over 3 months with Klarna. I paid for next day delivery for a year and they are true to their word in that your order comes the next day which sometimes if you’re having a clothing crisis and need something quick that’s cost effective, time saving and most importantly stylish, it’s a bonus! I’d highly recommend getting the app if you haven’t already. It’s so simple to use. Filter out whatever you want to make your experience less overwhelming. A defo must have for all

I’m at the point where i cannot even buy stuff from this site anymore. Everything i have ever bought from this store i have sent back, apart from joggers and a dress. A couple of weeks ago i orders some tops, when they arrived most were sea-through and one of the bandeau tops felt like the material of a wetsuit, poor quality. So then i send back my items and have recently purchased a pair of shorts and leggings. They come in the post today, and i put the shorts on and they are massive. Then i am putting on these leggings and i have barely got them on my thighs and the branded waist band flings off the leggings. I am so frustrated, i feel like everything i buy is either sea-through, poor quality or breaks before i can even try it on. I have honestly always loved this website and the clothes they have since most of my friends have them and i have wanted to buy a lot from there. But every time i do i have to send back my items, no hate towards PLT but what is going on! Obviously i cannot just say how bad the website is, i have to give somewhat of credit. i do think that the app is easy to use and when purchasing it’s really good to know when your parcel is on the way, and they are always delivering on time or earlier. My only problem is the amount of clothes i send back, and always pay a lot of money for next day delivery and i don’t even get to use it.

I like this brand for cheaper clothing they have something for everyone a whole range of styles but quality varies for the most part though it’s good for the price and I like that u can pay a small price to get free shipping for an entire year, however the app is bad stops working all the time won’t let me remove things from my wish list and often will completely crash after only two minutes of usage and it’s not just a one-off it happens EVERY TIME and won’t allow me to use student discount codes, my friends have mentioned it’s the same for them too. For a brand that is predominantly online this should not be a regular occurrence, the app should instead be one of the best but seems like even in-store brands and cheaper brands like SHEIN can do better, sometimes it gets to a point where I give up and don’t want to try looking at items because I keep having to reload the entire app every 3 minutes and if ur using data items take foreverrrrr to load. Hopefully this will be looked into in the near future. Came to write this because currently I can’t get onto the app at all it won’t load just I black screen with “prettylittlething” written in the middle
