Bias FX elite user
I usually run bias fx with iPad apps using inter app audio so I can record great guitar tones while I demo ideas, or even build final tracks. I recently downloaded logic for iPad and was blown away - aside from the sincere lack of inter app audio supported. It’s really a huge shame as it means I can’t use my sound banks from bias fx, which I’ve spent considerable money on.
So I was looking for an AUv3 plugin amp sim, and I saw this one was free so thought what the heck, maybe it will do the job for demos, can’t be worse than logic’s built in amp sounds for overdriven tones. This app is WILD. Got the tone I wanted immediately, and it just sounds amazing. There are a bunch of IR’s that come with it and you can import your own. It really is mind blowing for free. Would have happily paid £5-10 for it. The interface is simple and it sounds outstanding - totally stands up next to bias amp simulations, and with the power of logic’s pedal sims and reverbs, it’s a pretty powerful free app and iPad plugin! Absolutely amazed!!!
