Great additional features
As if getting you access to those sanctuaries behind frosted doors in the airport, or enjoying a fantastic meal at airport restaurants like Grain Store in Gatwick wasn’t enough, the app now has even more features and contents like maps and directions and notifications reminding me where the lounges are when I’m in the airport. Great work.

Bristol aspire plus lounge
I don’t know where to start. Just having checked into the Aspire plus lounge at Bristol UK airport (BRS) and having paid an additional £30 for myself and my husband so that we sat away from the holidaying public. I poured both of us a drink - being used to doing so at other airports lounges and British Airways lounges. I asked for tonic to go with the drink and was then both challenged and reprimanded in front of others for pouring my own drink. The assistant then continued to challenge back when I mentioned both that there wasn’t a sign that said or that she wasn’t there to serve me when I arrived. Her challenge went on for 10mins - why would I then want to stay. I am now feeling really upset and very embarrassed. An awful experience.

An app for travellers that has no clue where you are
It is hard to believe, but the priory pass app, which is designed for people on the move to find things while they travel, completely lacks location awareness!
That means that when I am standing at Heathrow airport, the iPhone knows where I am, Facebook and foursquare know where I am, Google maps knows where I am, but priority pass is clueless.
When you open the app looking for a lounge at Heathrow airport, priory pass looks up at you with an innocent face saying "please sir, tell me which airport you would like to know about" :)

Hi Jay, thanks for your feedback. For a short time, the nearest lounge feature will not be available on the Priority Pass app, while we conduct some upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience. Many thanks, Leah
