Powered by PharmAppy technology, via the free Pritchards NHS prescription and pharmacy services app, you can securely order, track and manage your prescriptions, easily access the services your pharmacy offers and communicate directly with your pharmacy.
Pritchards Pharmacy has two pharmacy branches in North Wales, at 99 Victoria Road, Prestatyn and at 165 Meliden Road, Prestatyn.
Now using the Pritchards app, your pharmacy is at your finger tips:
- Order your repeat and / or one-off prescriptions without hassle.
- Track exactly where your prescriptions are up to, and be updated as and when they’re progressed.
- Send and receive messages from your pharmacy.
- Be kept in the loop with push notifications.

Needs to be developed more
This app needs to be developed more and training.
Right now it’s not working both my phone and my iPad it seems to stall then close down,
More communication from the chemist because they don’t answer or tell me when my medicine is ready.

Useless. The app doesn’t seem to reach the pharmacy. This was updated from a previous app and looked promising, but despite ordering meds at least two weeks previous, the prescription has never been ready when I’ve been to collect. Please fix it as it could be very useful.
