iPad app doesn’t update

The iPad version of this app doesn’t update, customer service stopping answering you when they’ve gone through all the obvious steps- feel like I’ve been conned out of £15 for a subscription

Bugs?

I can’t even open the app on both my iPhone 6s and iPad Pro. Just crashes every time
