Best editing app on Apple store
This has to be the best editing app on the Apple store, it’s very easy to use and has lots of extra little features. I use this app every day and I pay the monthly fee.
Probably could do with more stickers and maybe some better text options.
The reason this isn’t 5 stars is because I can’t register! It keeps saying “agree to the terms and conditions” but their isn’t anywhere to click or tick or the T&C section. Please help 👍🏼
CON ARTISTS…DON’T PAY FOR VIP THEY RIP YOU OFF!
I have lost count of the times I have contacted these guys regarding my VIP payment, paid all was good and then it suddenly stops you from using the locked features and asks you to pay again! Silly me has paid THREE times now!
If you guys can’t sort the important parts out for your customers then this app needs taking down, I’m not the only one with this problem, surely once logged into my account with you guys you should know I’m a member! So disheartening and I guess I will have to find another platform similar but with good customer skills! You are too interested in advertising membership but once you pay you have a few days and it asks to pay again and you are back to square one! No good for me when I’m only allowed to use it three times a day when I need to use it more! A silly app please don’t waste your time, effort or money! 👎👎👎👎👎
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES
I’ve emailed at least 10 times after you mentioned in my last review to contact you via an email address! No one has replied back, I’ve paid for the year and can’t get my money’s worth. I’ll be reporting you to apple directors and the watchdog media for this to be made public worldwide and for APPLE to have you removed as you’re taking money and not replying back! PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE ASAP!!! YOU KEEP REPLYING WITH SAME ANSWERS AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
APPLE SHOULD NOT ALLOW BAD SELLERS WHO TAKES CUSTOMERS MONEY AND DOESNT SORT OUT PROBLEMS. BAD COMPANIES SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE APP STORE!!!!!!!!
