Ok but not really useful

Missing some really key features here to become even usable.
To List a few:

No way to alter/add tabs
Missing tab 'Rent Period' as in what income covers what period
No Expenses section. Just shows you having a negative balance (no all expenses are for tenants to cover, wear and tear/maintance e.g.)
No way to bring up a report for the financial year. Basically the whole point to these things when doing tax assessment
late rent is imposible to calculate from which rent period
No way of printing off/pdf saving selected sections
'When' tab and 'date deposited' are bacially just the same tab.

This is just what i've found in the first 15mins of usage.

Get the feeling someone found a nique in the marketplace and had a go at developing this rather than any actual Landlords having any input.

Developer Response ,

Thanks for your feedback. The tabs are not designed to be configurable. If a specific payment pertains to a specific rental period, you can note this in the "What" column. The negative balance on the Properties tab is a general overview of your position. You can now track per-property expenses. Reports, where relevant, have a date range filter. The "When" column is for the date you received the payment (e.g. cash) and the "Deposited/Withdrawn" column is for the date you actually put it in the bank. It's useful if you are dealing with a lot of cash payments. I was a landlord for over 10 years, and used this app, and designed it to suit my needs. I'm sorry it didn't work out so well for you, but perhaps you can try the latest version, it has many improvements.

Unsuitable for UK market

Not suitable for UK market as only does rent per day, not per calendar month.

Developer Response ,

Thanks to your feedback, I improved the app to support monthly billing. I hope you can try it again.
