Description
Property Survey has been created to save you time. Don't keep making excuses of being too busy to improve your reporting tools, just contact me and I can do most of the heavy lifting for you. Making YOUR Templates/Reports work within Property Survey, saving you heaps of time.
Many surveyors use my Apps to save countless write-up hours, which is the boring part that makes no money. Time that could be spent doing something else instead!
I make your templates/reports (for you only), to be quickly completed using Property Survey on your iOS device. I take the time to understand your needs to minimise your time on site and create a quality report for your customers.
Thats it. Simple. The aim is for you to leave the site having sent the PDF to your client to get paid. However, in the event that a small amount of editing is required, the report is available in Word.

- By subscribing you will be able to create and share an unlimited number of reports.
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscription automatically renews each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn auto-renewal on or off by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.

Great timesaver
We have been using this app for around a year now, and it has saved us a lot of admin time back in the office. The developer is very easy to contact and converted our templates to work perfectly with the app. We also had a custom template made up for a specific project which was completed very quickly and was cost effective.
We would highly recommend this app if you are looking to increase productivity at a reasonable cost.

Brilliant app. Much better than site audit. I do historic building surveys professionally and this app has been amazing.
There are lots of great templates to choose from but the best thing is that the makers of the app customise the templates for you with your own headers and footnotes and any requirements. And they do it super quickly and are really nice guys.
It has much more possibilities and variation than any other survey app I have used. Will stay with them. A++++++++*

Excellent service
Wow, I’ve been searching online for a while when I came across property survey. I contacted them with my requirements and I was replied to straight away with ideas on how things can be done within the app and what would suit my requirements.
My template was created and I’ve been using property survey ever since, gone are the days where I spend hours in front of my laptop downloading photos and countless paragraphs to compile my own report manually
This app is amazing it practically does it for you!
