Love this calendar
This calendar is the best I’ve come across. I love how the day is around tasks and subtasks, with the ability to check these off when they’re done. It tells you when they’re overlapping, lets you select a colour so different events/tasks stand out, and there’s so many more features that I can’t even list here. I paid for the full subscription after a couple of hours because really, it’s definitely worth it.
Data recommendation
Overall the app is good and very user friendly. I particularly like the time between tasks feature.
I believe a feature what could take this app to the next level would be to provide the user more insight into how they have managed their time, this could be on a separate summary page. For example, data could be displayed by stating something like ‘the user had 168 hours available to use during the week’ … ‘the user scheduled 56 hours for sleep and 40 hours for work’. The user could allocate hours for any activity.
I’d imagine some users would like to see a weekly/monthly/yearly summary of the amount of time they spent doing something e.g., time at the gym, at the pub or scrolling TikTok.
Personally if I seen a summary that said across the year I had spent 1,000+ hours on something unproductive then that would certainly give me a shock and an urge to manage my time more effectively. Especially considering the ‘10,000 hour rule’.

I have been using Prosper for a couple months now and I really enjoy it. I like picking out a colour and an emoji for an activity, I love the flexibility of scheduling and reminders. It’s a great feeling to tick something off your to do list!
The search function is helpful too as sometimes I do forget when I’ve scheduled something. I don’t usually keep up with these sort of apps so the fact that I’m still using it is a pretty strong recommendation!
