What is ProThink®?
ProThink® Sports is a Resilience and Mental Toughness improvement app designed to improve performance and to achieve objectives in Sports. It has a unique Resilience formula that has been successfully tested and used by Cricket players in London since 2014. It helps athletes improve performance on a number of levels and teams win Trophies.
ProThink® concept was formulated in 2014 by Sid Godbole who is a Former First Class cricket player from India and a Level 2 Cricket Coach affiliated to the England & Wales Cricket Board since 2014. He undertook a detailed research on the work undertaken by the Sports and Organisational Psychologists since 1960s and designed ProThink® formula that transforms athlete’ ability to improve Resilience, Mental Toughness and Performance.
Resilience and Mental Toughness in Sports have been talked about for a number of years. But there is a definite gap in the sector when it comes to making a tool available for the athletes. There are 3 key reasons why ProThink® is required in Sports today:
Vast majority of sports players do not focus or have means to focus on psychological preparation for the game, hence do not achieve their true potential. We believe that all the players have the ability to achieve the objectives when they are equally equipped with a Psychological edge in the game.
Of those who do, most believe that Resilience and Mental Toughness is & can be an easy “switch” and can happen overnight. Like the physical conditioning, mind-conditioning and our ability to improve mind-set requires a strong foundation. It requires a systematic approach to understand our game, our mind-set, what clicks and what doesn’t, and then make changes in a structured manner.
Finally, the players do not have a tailored framework of “technical”, “tactical”, “physical” and “psychological” development of their game. Resilience & Mental Toughness improves by developing all and not just either. ProThink® develops that framework for an athlete.

ProThink helps an athlete in 5 ways –
ONE – It asks 18 questions and touch of a button, produces a report on Stronger areas and Areas to improve upon as far as athlete’s Resilience and Mental Toughness is concerned.
TWO – It asks the athlete the objective they want to achieve and evaluates how realistic & well defined the Objective is. It provides guidelines if the Objective needs reviewing.
THREE – ProThink’ Action Plan prepares a range of technical, tactical, physical and psychological activities an athlete needs to work on to develop their game and achieve their objectives.
FOUR – ProThink reminds an athlete on a daily basis of a unique Resilience formula that we have designed and that’s been highly successful in London since 2014.
FIFTH – ProThink® is “on the go” analytical tool for an athlete that scores daily progress and tells how well they are progressing towards their ultimate Objectives. That way they can keep an eye on the progress or get in touch with Sid at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support.
ProThink® is designed at present for (1) Cricket Players and (2) Athletes – long distance runners. The players and athletes can be Sports Enthusiasts or Professional boys, girls, men or women. The future launches of ProThink® Sports are going to cover a range of Sports. ProThink® is suitable for anyone over the age of 13.
