Version 6.0.5

In this update, we have addressed several issues to improve the user experience:
We have fixed the issue where the Deals section could not be opened, as well as the problem with the payment button remaining after payment.
In addition, issues with logging in through Itsme have been fixed, along with showing the correct language and the correct weather forecast for the correct day.
We hope these updates contribute to a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our users.

New Proximus app

Crashes on the ‘enable notifications’ screen. Absolute garbage.

Very poor

In keeping with Proximus’ broadband service, this app sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. If they didn’t have an effective monopoly on the Belgian market, this company would sink without a trace.

The log-in screen appears two or three times before you can access the app, and then it’s just down to luck whether it’s actually working. Sometimes it is, sometimes not - there have been a number of times it tells me I don’t have a good enough internet connection to use it. Needless to say, Proximus is my internet supplier.

Cannot switch off notifications

I only downloaded the app because I wanted to monitor my data usage. Everything else I get through the website. I cannot switch off notifications. I also can’t contact anyone through the app if I have an issue, so what really is it for?
I will be deleting the app because it doesn’t work according to the customer’s preferences or needs and will be switching providers as soon as possible.
