Don’t often leave reviews. When it works it works, unfollow business relies on this , as it’s my phone number. Problem is when running business, you can’t have interruption, all week I’ve had an issue where when I phone out, no one can hear me, I can’t hang the call up , everything freezes! One customer already got annoyed with this and I’ve lost him. Many others I can’t call back on my number , unless I want to carry my laptop around . The response to start with was quick but now went quiet. It’s not the first time , and will I get any kind of refund? I’d doubt it. I’m going to look at other options now

When this app works it’s great. The functions available are really good and it does pretty much everything we need it to. However, the app is often unusable because it runs so slowly. We’ve also had reports from customers that the sound quality is very poor. Clearing the recent calls list seems to speed the app up slightly but we’re having to do this several times a day. We’ve also had issues with the app freezing, cutting off calls and customers not being able to hear us. Not great when trying to run a business that relies on customer calls.

If the developer is seeing this review, please put some time and effort into a proper update and upgrade. There is so much lag in the app, contacts do not load you miss calls that don’t come through. The idea is great but just needs to be perfected for it to be a great app.

Really good app! I struggled to find a decent app that would handle my VoIP needs! When I found this it’s perfect! Cannot fault it at all!

Used to work fine but for the last year it’s impossible to use, pressing any button on the app crashes it. I check back periodically to see if it works but no difference. Using iPhone14 pro, please fix!

The app has more lag/latency than any app I’ve ever installed. Extremely slow to load contacts, make calls and even hanging up or switching between speaker/ear speaker.
