App really lets them down
I like my gym but this app is only useable for class bookings and even those are bare bones details - they absolutely need to start adding the class instructor names to the classes. Some instructors are good and some bad and if I could know who was taking the class I would go more often!
The app itself has no other purpose- there’s no content on the on demand or workout pages, it’s like those pages are just for show. It’s rather confusing but I’ve deleted and re downloaded and it’s never improved so I guess it’s just Terrible!
This company stole my money. Avoid at all costs
I saw this app last year and saw we had a gym in my area. I signed up to their gym after liking the app.
This company has been debiting money out of my account without my consent during lockdown.
Avoid downloading this app and signing up to this gym.
Great App for on demand workouts
Had issues logging in but sent message to my local pump gym via Facebook and they responded with a password that worked immediately. Fantastic resource for home workouts during lockdown. I have had a go at classes I wouldn’t have tried in a studio full of people. Thanks!
