Perfect

I don't use this to lose weight. At the first I did but almost a year and a half after downloading this app I don't anymore. I use it daily to relax me and calm my anxiety and it works perfectly. There's something about the woman's voice which is so soothing to me!! Yes there are adds but I put my phone on airplane mode so I don't get interrupted so there's no adds after that! Would recommend to everyone.

Great app against insomnia too

I use this app to help me relax and fall asleep quickly. Quite addicted to it nowadays. I feel rested in the morning. A few times I woke up at the end of the session but fell back to sleep straight after. Perfect ! Losing weight was not the objective but I lost a few pounds in the last 4 weeks ( bonus ). Definitely recommend

Great app

Scottish lady has a beautiful voice nice & clear very easy app to use. I noticed the results after one day I'm noticing I've said no to sweet things that I would normally buy, & I don't crave sweet things, not lost any weight as yet but I've only been using the app for 4 days
