... can I have my keyboard back please?

Whenever you highway pure connects, it stops you from opening your keyboard, making it hard to enter addresses on a navigation app, search for music etc.

Terrible

I have an issue where once installed and the pure go app is running it disables the keyboard on my iPhoneX. I have reported it directly to Pure who quite frankly aren’t doing enough to resolve the problem. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times hoping it would fix the problem but it has made no difference. Antenna update was done and all software up to date. No reason for it not to work other than poor coding from who ever developed the app. Get it sorted!!

Disable iPhone Keyboard

I have the Pure Highway 600 and can stream music via bluetooth ok. However when I connect via this Pure Go app (also via bluetooth) then the iPhone keyboard is disable rendering it useless until you disconnect from the app completely. I just used the Pure Go to apply the antenna update which it did successfully after 40 mins. But then I uninstalled this app because it disables the iPhone.
