Convenient and easy to use

So glad pure Matrimony finally have an app. It makes searching and communicating with members so much easier and a lot more efficient. The fact that you can log in using your fingerprint saves a lot of hassle and makes responding to messages a lot quicker. Also, the advanced search options and the personality test makes the app unique and insightful.

Waste of my time & money.

I had a horrible experience. After I paid the monthly subscription fees, only couple of days & my account has been suspended without a reason. The support did not released my account despite the fact that I submitted support request from the email I signed up from. **THEY ASK FOR MY OFFICIAL IDENTITY (PASSPORT) TO RELEASE MY ACCOUNT**. I would not give official documents to non-government organisation a these are extremely sensitive data and in my opinion requesting it by a social network type of app is disproportionate and exacerbation. Therefore, I just paid with ZERO benefit and could not use the app.
Besides, the chat shows a warning that conversations are monitored. Is this app for kids???? I don’t see a reason to snoop into others’ messages. You can enable reporting if the user faced suspicious messages if you care about security.
On top of everything said, they refuse to delete my account and said I have to give my official ID so they delete my account.

Our terms and conditions clearly state that members must upgrade to a premium membership to fully experience the benefits of advanced features.
Members are also required to act and treat other users on our platform within the Islamic Guidelines and guidelines of Pure Matrimony to have their accounts active and not suspended.
Again, Monitored conversations, Photo privacy, Wali Integration, Personality matching are some of the features that are clearly stated in our terms and are deeply appreciated by our Practicing Muslim audience.
Terms and Conditions are to be read and signed off before registration which you would have agreed to IF you were a registered member with Pure Matrimony.
Lastly, please read our Privacy Policy w.r.t GDPR where we clearly state accounts will definitely be deleted but after an immediate thorough review of your activity on the platform and if there is no need of your account by anyone you have communicated with for legal requirements.
We hope you have much clarity on our policies that we have been transparent about right from registration and will reconsider your ratings insha'Allah.

The people here are serious and honest and genuine Alhumdulillah. App is easy and simple to use and they have gone to great lengths to ensure safety and have genuine users. I met my wife via this site and Alhumdulillah we’ve been together 5 years with two children Alhumdulillah and moreover we were in different countries with different passports of different backgrounds. May Allah preserve this site to be of genuine Muslims who seek marriage Inshaa Allah.

By far the best Islamic matrimonial website in the UK and across the world. It would be nice to have the option of finding second wife etc
