I love this app it’s so easy to use and takes you through step by step of your booking. I love that it gives the option for you to choose you favourite therapist 😁
Terrible
Absolutely terrible experience. I spent over half an hour trying to log in and book a simple pedicure but was met with problem after problem. Then when I finally got to the payment screen, it repeatedly threw up an error message that made no sense at all: “employee is compulsory, as saleBy is enforced by prepaid cards” I wasn’t even using a prepaid card! I gave up and booked via the website in the end. Pure spa is great, but the customer service and booking process is one of the worst I’ve experienced with this subpar app and never answering the phones.
