Providing accessible and affordable primary healthcare services to consumers. This service allows users to purchase up to 10 appointments in a calendar year, to undertake remote video consultations with an NHS registered GP. Users can add family members and purchase appointments on their behalf. Users who have used the service before can select to see the same GP or healthcare professional for continuity of care.

Almost a scam
I’d class this is nearly a scam. They make you buy a token first (£45) before you see when the next appointment is. Apparently you can see a Doctor 7 days a week 8am-8pm. Well there aren’t any appointments today. The refund process for this token is long winded and may take 14 days to get the money back too. Forcing people out of their money before showing the times is frankly wrong and most likely a conscious manipulative decision you made.
Takes Your Money And There’s No Appointments
Went through a massive sign up process. It said there was one appointment available within next 24 hours so I paid.
I then go through more sign up only to find there are no appointments for several days. I need one now!
This app shouldn’t say it is going to provide a service, take your money and then provide NOTHING. Awful.
Not fit for purpose
I just spent 30 mins signing up and paying for an appointment only to be told there are no available appointments. Why take my money and waste my time when you can’t provide the service?
