I was happy to pay £4.99 to remove ads, which the developers advised another reviewer to do when they complained about the cost, it says remove ads forever…. It doesnt, its time limited ! Last about 7 days i think, i dont play daily . To say im furious to be ‘conned’ is the understatement of the year. But you live and learn !
Its is good, i do enjoy it, but i hate ads, so im always happy to pay 1 off fees to be rid of them, plus i appreciate it takes time to ‘make’ these games ….. so i’ll be deleting it unless i can get Apple or developer to give me what i paid for !

Hello! It looks like you purchased the subscription (which has a weekly charge) instead of No Ads feature which is one-time fee. Please contact us via support chat built in the app (Settings - support). This will allow us to get necessary technical information and to look into the issue on our end.

I really enjoy playing this game. I can set the level of difficulty for the puzzles. I considered subscribing but the cost is prohibitive. £6.99 per week is way out of the means of many of us. I enjoy the games I choose to play and if they are reasonable I subscribe but I am not willing to pay any game nearly £28 per month to play. It’s just not worth that much money. You need to reconsider your subscription charge. This would guarantee you a monthly income from me which you will not get now because the charges are far far too high.

We can understand your feelings about the subscription price, but we'd like to clarify, that our app is free and monetizing some parts of the game gives us the opportunity to support, optimize and improve it. We'd like to add, that the sub-scription includes not only the removal of ads, but also gives double energy, extra boosters, and banknotes, plus free access to all puzzles.

I absolutely love this game, however I have had to pause playing it as I started it on my phone, and am now struggling with my hands playing up, and would like to continue to play on my iPad, but there is no option to sync your progress to more than one device, and I don’t want to start all over again.
