Puzzles & Chaos is a match-3 fantasy strategy game that tells an ancient legend of a Frozen Land.
A once prosperous continent now lies frozen due to the bizarre magic of the undead.

3. Alliance Activity Pack: All Alliance members will receive a pack when an alliance member meet the daily Activity requirement.
4. Group Chat Room: Lords can now create Chat Rooms, and invite their friends to chat.
5. All 2-star to 4-star enhancement materials obtained from in-game functions, events, or packs will be replaced with their 1-star versions (at the normal conversion ratio).

Ratings and Reviews
Super fun game
I absolutely love this game! Has mafia city vibes to it. Great battle sequences and UI. Absolutely love playing this type of game as it even sharpens the hand and eye coordination plus trains the brain. If this allowed even more stars to be given I would give it 10/10 all the way. Great work with the game.
Fun but not great
It’s a great game in terms of what you can do and the overall team vibes if playing in alliances but the game on a base level has problems (and the devs as well as support bury their heads avoiding them).
• Events, there are many and a few are well known within the community for having bugs (which the devs do nothing to fix and support will give you a lame excuse, just to quickly close your ticket)
• Payments, the game focuses a lot of making users pay in order to complete events and such for max rewards (despite the store already having a large number of items that are portrayed as being on a “discount” eg £499 value packs at £9.99 … 🤣)
• Alliance Chests, this is an in game scam where users will spend over £2000+ to earn a cheat, just to receive a reward worth £0.49p, for a maxed alliance (100 people) that’s only £49 in rewards (too piddly to be worth the amount required to get a cheat in the first place and a poor practice by what can only be seen as a failed, broke company)
Awful awful support
The support on this game is appalling. Run you in circles, change their story, close tickets without warning or resolution, I’ve never experienced anything like it and many many players report the same treatment. And where do you go to raise a complaint, you raise a support ticket! If you don’t mind a game full of glitches and appalling support, it’s a fun game, but I seriously wouldn’t trust them with your cash. And it only got 1 star because it wouldn’t let me post the review with zero.
