As seen on London Fitness Guy's Instagram page, accessibility is the key behind maintaining your fitness. We want to make exercising and sticking to a programme as easy as possible. That's why you can do all workouts from home, the gym, on holiday or outside in the fresh air! Bodyweight or Dumbbell - we have you covered!

We have a built in calorie calculator to help you understand your calorie requirements. We use a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculation to identify the calories required to achieve your goals.

Pwer - great app with wide variety of content

Been using the pwer app for 2 months now and it’s everything I was after. Great workouts, slick design and loads of content to keep me continuously motivated.

I particularly like the fact the app has content for yoga and mindfulness as well as workouts. I am not sure many other fitness apps give you access to such a wide variety of content.

This is by far the best app I’ve downloaded and great value for money - it’s got enough content to keep me busy for months (probably years!)

Me and my wife have followed LFG for years and we were so excited about the launch of this app - safe to say we weren’t disappointed

PWER is everything and more I’ve ever wanted from a fitness app.

To have such a wide range of workouts at the touch of a button is a game changer alongside knowing that every workout has been crafted by a professional to gain ultimate results.

I’m currently training ahead of my wedding and PWER is 100% responsible for getting me body confident for the big day.

The mindfulness element to the app is also so helpful and means that everything I need and use is in one place.
