We have a built in calorie calculator to help you understand your calorie requirements. We use a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculation to identify the calories required to achieve your goals.

I have been using this app for a few months now. Having previously struggled with having the time to get to a gym but knowing i wanted to improve my overall fitness and strength i signed up to app. I can honestly say that for once this fits in with my busy (2 young children and working shift work full time) lifestyle. The length of time of the workouts are perfect, James manages to somehow make it work for all different fitness levels, he is encouraging without being patronising and i can do it from anywhere and with or without equipment! I have found the challenges in the app really help me focus and motivate me. Bravo team power on a fab app!

Amazing workouts with friendly PT
Not a natural sports guy but have been converted over past year since joining in person run clubs and following London Fitness Guy’s insta content. Having built my fitness to a level through that to now feel confident exercising for the first time in my life have moved to app. Really easy to use, can stream to the TV with great video and audio. So many workouts to choose with options within based on your fitness. You’re encouraged and guided through and have a laugh on the way - no being shouted at! Definitely recommend. I’ve lost 8+ kg at my own pace and enjoying exercise after 40 years of hating it!
I love this app!
I never really leave reviews but I just had to for this. This is the best workout app I have used. It’s so different from the rest. James (aka London fitness guy) is the best PT! I love how I can do his workouts at home and on the move. Whether I’m away for the weekend or just chilling at home, his app Pwer is there for you!
I’m currently doing one of his programmes ‘summer sweat challenge’ it’s 8 weeks of workouts with rest days included. He talks to you throughout the workout. He motivates me to do my best! I’m seeing a difference already, I can’t wait to complete his programme and move onto the next! ❤️💪🏻
