Description
Property owners can manage their rental portfolios with PZ Owner. Review expiring leases, vacant properties, create and view work orders, review rent due, leased properties, occupancy rate, email or text property manager and run reports. Owners can also pay their invoices from the property manager.

Credit Balance: You can check the pending credit balance.
Payment Methods: This section allows vendors to select their preferred method of payment, such as PayNow.
Ledger: The ledger allows vendors to view their transaction history.
Work Orders: Using work orders, as a vendor you can view and manage work orders assigned to you by the property managers.
Appointments: Appointments section allows you to view your upcoming appointments with tenants or property managers.
Communications: The Communication section allows you to communicate with property managers.
Documents: The documents section allows vendors to view, download, and upload important documents, such as invoices and work order instructions.
Overall, the PZ Vendor 2.0 app is a useful tool for you to work with property managers. It allows them to view their account information, manage their work orders, and communicate with property managers and tenants.
