This app is on my “mobile data” list but it’s not installed on my phone
And I don’t remember ever using it. In fact, I haven’t even heard of it until I checked my app list to see which ones use mobile data.

The likely cause was that you used Qerko via App Clips (iOS) or Instant Apps (Android). When this happens, you don’t DL the full app, just enough to process whatever payment you were trying to make (most likely in a restaurant or via Oktagon TV).
