Description
Manage your facilities and maintenance operatives and contractors on the go, to improve workforce productivity and service delivery. This companion to Service Works’ QFM software provides communication and task management, even in areas of no signal.
• Securely access and update QFM’s database through your phone or iPad.
• Assign jobs to nearby engineers (via GPS technology), track workload, and manage deadlines.
• Allow operatives in the field to receive, update and close work requests on the move.
• Colour-coded task prioritisation enables easy workload management.
• Capture and upload asset condition using photo and video.
• Supports usage of QR codes to scan and manage asset, service and performance data.
• Record customer sign-off and satisfaction scoring.
• Offline capabilities for uninterrupted service.
This app operates alongside QFM CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) software; you will need your QFM username and password to use the system.

Slow frame rates , no ability to increase text size, text is miniature, no ability to delete photos, you should be able to write, or to some marking on photos straight from the app, to edit events you already submitted, when you want to check your event history it shows you the last event and you need to scroll all the way down to check your last events, they should be in upfront, not at the end
