More user friendly

The app works and do what it should. It has some limitation and you need to use qfile and qfoto together to achieve what you want which is a bit pain but I can get through it.
However the app needs to be more user friendly. Similar to native photo app. People are used to native photo app for browsing the picture and therefore we don’t want to use different environment for browsing photo on our QNAPs
Also it would be nice to have app for mac and pc to browse pictures and not to use internet browser for it specially for pc which are outside of network.
Photos are the most used feature when qnap is used for personal use and it should also cover family members which are not very good with PCs so it should be user friendly for everyone

Not a bad app, relatively user friendly.

I’ve only been using a NAS for around 3 months & find this handy for uploading and sharing content while off the LAN (connected to qnap cloud). It could do with an easier UI, but I suppose it’ll evolve. Using iOS 11.0.3 no issues.

Doesn’t really work. Not reliable

Hasn’t worked properly for a while now. Takes ages to process images. Better using auto upload feature in Qfile
