Qudini is a flexible and powerful business tool to help you manage customers looking for service at your retail store or venue. You can add customers to a digital queue, pre-book appointments, and communicate with each customer about when they will be seen. Qudini allows you to increase conversions, improve staff productivity and even increase customer browsing within your store.

The Qudini app can be used on a smartphone or tablet. So from one central host/concierge you can manage your entire shop floor of customers and staff activities from a single device, whilst individual staff members manage and serve your waiting customers.

Each feature can be used independently or in any combination.

We use it in our store to manage our queues having used paper previously and I wouldn’t be without it now! You can see how long someone is taking with each person, how many people they have seen in total and put people on lunch so it’s easier to manage those kind of things.

The only negative I would mention is the new update to the iPad version has made slowed down the process of adding someone to queue control as first you have to select what the person is there for, then type their name and the keyboard blocks the add button so it’s just long and my staff have been complaining about it!

We've taken on the feedback about the new add customer journey and have given it a refresh to make it even quicker. Useful but key setup feature is broken

Always been an advocate of Qudini since we use it where I work. I’ve just downloaded the app onto my own iPad as thought it’d be more up to date...which it is...and here’s the but...the set availability just isn’t working. It doesn’t load the standard Apple app api for times so you can’t set availability. I have to log into the website to do it in safari first. Fix this and it’s five star

The particular issue you're facing is a known issue with the app in dark mode. We have a fix coming soon but in the interim you can change you device settings to light mode in order to workaround this.
